About Elocor
Elocor exists because of a simple observation: most organisations don’t lose because they lack information. They lose because their information isn’t structured to be used.

Dr Cornelius JP Niemand
Elocor is led by Dr Cornelius JP Niemand, who holds a PhD in Information Architecture from the University of Johannesburg. His practice sits at an intersection few consultants occupy: competitive intelligence (making sense of the market outside), knowledge management (making the most of the expertise inside), and enterprise architecture (building the structures that connect strategy to systems).

How we work
- Direct. You work with the person who does the thinking — no leverage model, no juniors learning on your budget.
- Practical. Frameworks like TOGAF and ISO 30401 are tools, not products. We use them where they help and translate them into plain language everywhere.
- Decision-focused. Every deliverable is designed to change a decision, a behaviour, or a system — not to fill a shelf.
- Right-sized. Boutique engagement and boutique pricing, for organisations that want outcomes rather than headcount.
Where we work
Elocor is based in Gauteng, South Africa, and serves clients locally, across Africa, and internationally — remote by default, on-site where the work demands it.
